We’re opening a brand-new Youth Club in Southey, North
Sheffield, and we’re looking for an experienced Youth Work
Coordinator to lead this exciting project!
As our Youth Work Coordinator you’ll be involved in both project
management and youth work delivery. You’ll use outreach and
detached youth work skills to connect with local young people,
build relationships, and shape a programme of activities. You’ll also
recruit young volunteers and community members to help run
sessions when the hub opens.
Beyond opening, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of the
S5 Youth Hub, leading a team of Youth Workers and volunteers.
You’ll build partnerships with local schools, organisations, and
businesses to embed the hub in the community.
Your role will be to create a welcoming space where young people
