As a Sessional Youth Worker at Chilypep, I use my lived experiences to connect with and inspire young people, helping them realise their own potential. I’ve been recognised as a joint winner of the Yorkshire Society Award for my impactful workshops and I’m also proud to be a Crime beat award winner for my contributions to positive youth engagement and community safety.

My approach is grounded in authenticity, empathy and real understanding of the challenges young people face. I’m passionate about creating safe places where young people feel seen, heard, and empowered to make change -both in their lives and communities.

Outside of my work, I enjoy keeping active by going to the gym and I’m a big football fanatic you’ll often find me catching up on the latest matches or taking all things football with the young people I work with!
