I make sure all our charity finances run smoothly and transparently, support HR processes for staff, and help strengthen our internal systems so the whole team can focus on empowering young people. I’m always looking for ways to improve processes and introduce helpful automations that make our work more efficient and impactful.

My favourite thing about working at Chilypep is being part of a warm, values-driven team where everyone genuinely cares about young people and about each other like a family. I love the energy here — no two days are the same, and every project feels meaningful.

I enjoy good food, exploring new places, photography, spending time with family, and anything that lets me unwind and recharge. I’m always up for a great conversation and a good laugh!
