I research, source or design, and implement new monitoring and evaluation systems, to meet the requirements of the organisation and ensure they are fit for purpose. I produce monitoring reports and ensure the organisation is GDPR compliant.

My favourite thing about working at Chilypep is working with a very passionate and lovely group of people that care about making a difference in the life of young people we work with.

I love travelling, discovering new places and listening to music. I love spending time in the countryside, and I always take plenty of pictures of lovely landscapes! I love meeting up with friends and family and enjoy a lovely meal somewhere nice.
