Dylan Hadley

STAMP Assistant Project Worker

Pronouns: He/Him/His

I am the Assistant Project Worker for STAMP and Sheffield Future In Mind, which means planning and facilitating sessions for our young people, running our mental health campaigning group named STAMP and also, working to support and link with participation work done by Sheffield CAMHS in a community and inpatient setting.

Being from Skegness, I have worked in a wide variety of job roles such as selling buckets and spades, being a cleaner, a fairground ride controller and as a lifeguard to name a few however, none of them have been half as rewarding or enjoyable as working at Chilypep.

Since moving to Sheffield and completing my degree in Applied Social Sciences I also have experience working for a charity that supports young people that are exploring their gender and/or sexuality and I am very passionate about making organisations, schools and other spaces safer and more welcoming for the LGBT+ community!

My favourite thing about working at Chilypep is working alongside an amazing team and incredible young people, all dedicated to making mental health services in Sheffield more accessible and inclusive!

When I’m not at work I enjoy playing and watching football (up the blades!), eating a nice, spicy curry and taking my labradoodle: Honey, on long walks.
