I work with Chilypep to raise money from grant funders and companies. Young people’s experiences are at the heart of what I do, so connecting with project and delivery staff is essential – I am always looking for more stories, more testimonies, and more ways to show how our work makes a difference.

Before Chilypep, I worked for national digital inclusion charity, a sector-leading teacher development organisation and a philanthropic consultancy, and in my free-time ran fundraising events for new charities with an amazing team of volunteers in London.

Nowadays I support a youth club in south Sheffield one evening a week, wander around in the Peaks when I get a chance, and swim in cold water when I feel brave enough!
