Early Support Wellbeing HUB

H.O.M.E (Helping Our Mental ‘Ealth) is an early support mental health and emotional wellbeing hub for young people in Barnsley aged between 11 and 25 that provides open access, flexible, early support in a non-judgmental welcoming, safe space. A young person can be involved with HOME at their own pace, for as long as they would like (up to the age of 25) and can choose which elements of the programme they would like to access. 

Anyone between 11-25 years old living or studying in Barnsley who is looking for information and wellbeing support can access HOME. If you’d like more information call: 01226 213 123 or Email  us.
